tes10Alright, so I wanted to make some things clear in the army, such as getting mod, owner, and things like that. A bit of drama and things happened lately and its time to make some changes. I will try to make this as short and simple as possible to the points.
I’m first starting out with the mod issue. We have a pretty good amount of mods right now, about 23 or so. I only see about 5 or 6 a day, which isn’t too bad, but those are the usual people. I rarely see anyone besides them, but the thing is I don’t see the others at all. I know people can be busy, but when you’re gone without notice, that leaves me wondering what happened to you. So please let me know if you have something going on. Also if you come to chat all the time, there shouldn’t be an excuse that you can’t be able to attend a few events each week. Moderator status can be given to members who have shown excellence in activity and in loyalty in their career so far. However, the mod count will stay at a max of 25, no more, no less.
The owner issue all began with Nitro’s and Jake’s retirement and that left two Fourth in Command spots open. I let them retire with the thought of giving others a chance to succeed them, but it was blocked when they decided to come back. I then decided to bring Nitro back, leaving Jake with mod since it seemed he lost interest in us. Anyway, I wanted to do a little bit something else than rather choose people. And this is to do a specific test for the rank of 4ic.
This test is open to all Lieutenant Generals, with the exception of any other mods that I believe are good enough to take it. So here’s how it will work: I’ll be testing these high ranks on duties that an owner is expected to do. That means making posts, leading events whenever possible, site jobs, and etc. This test will begin this coming Sunday and it will last for a week. The person who I believe does the best in each of these things is subject to get chosen. Good luck!
